About Us

Advanced Crypto Services, Inc. provides repair services for machines that support the global Bitcoin network. We are a rapidly growing start up with a newly constructed, climate controlled repair center with stations for up to 30 technicians. Our facility is located in Fort Worth, Texas.

Must Haves

  • Typing speed minimum 50 words per minute at > 95% accuracy. There is a typing test during screening.
  • Excel skills including pivot tables, vlookups, and the basics. There is an excel test during screening.
  • Keyboard shortcut master. You need the ability to navigate a computer with keyboard shortcuts not just a mouse. This is tested during screening.
  • Self-starter that looks for ways to create value. This is not a job where we will hold your hand. You will be expected to use down time in a productive way to create value for the company.
  • Generally comfortable with SaaS products an have the ability to read documentation and teach yourself the ins and outs of web based applications.
  • Ability to think fast on your feet.

Compensation

  • Starting at $22-$25/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities


1. Inventory Management:

  • Oversee all aspects of inventory control, including monitoring stock levels, conducting bi-weekly audits, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to forecast demand and ensure optimal inventory levels to meet customer needs.
  • Implement and improve inventory management procedures to minimize discrepancies, losses, and stockouts.
  • Initiate reordering of products and materials to maintain adequate inventory levels

2. Shipping and Receiving:

  • Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments, including verifying contents, ensuring proper packaging, and processing shipping documentation.
  • Collaborate with carriers and logistics partners to arrange timely and cost-effective deliveries.
  • Address and resolve any shipping-related issues, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies.

3. Customer Support:

  • Provide exceptional customer support by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product information.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring on-time delivery and order fulfillment.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Utilize inventory management software and tools to generate reports on stock levels, sales, and shipping metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize inventory strategies.


5. Process Improvement:

  • Continuously evaluate and streamline inventory, shipping, and customer support processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.


Requirements:

  • Proficient in inventory management software and systems.
  • Strong understanding of shipping and receiving processes, including knowledge of carrier and freight regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer support.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across departments.
  • Knowledge of Zoho Books, Inventory, CRM, and Front are a plus.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
